ROGAN JOSH A specialty originating from the mountainous province India; Kashmiri. A rich Bhuna style sauce complimented by a garlic, tomato, onion & coriander sambal (cooked salsa)
DUPIAZA Crisp chunky cut onions & capsicum dressed in a reduced medium strength onion gravy
KORMA Sweet & creamy coconut sauce
SAGWALLA Sauteed spinach & garlic blended with a reduced sauce. A must have amongst connosseurs
PATHIA A condensed tomato & onion sauce, with a squeezed of fresh lemon. Fairly hot with a sweet & sour finish
BALTI Very rich in taste, usually served at medium strength. Cooked & served in a korahi
